SEAI runs more programmes than this, but these are the ones a typical Irish homeowner stacks for an energy retrofit.
Owners of homes built and occupied before 2021. Up to 4 kWp. Must use SEAI-registered installer and SEAI-listed products.
SEAI Solar PV grant detailsOwner of home built and occupied before 2021. Requires technical assessment and BER post-works.
SEAI Heat Pump grantOwner-occupiers and landlords. Covers home charge-point installation. New and used EVs eligible.
SEAI EV charger grantBundled retrofit to BER B2 (insulation, heat pump, ventilation, airtightness). Project-managed by an SEAI partner.
